  • newlake-6Do you perform all the services yourselves? No.  For the services we do not specialize in, we arrange for another trusted professional to complete your service. Unlike other similar businesses, we do limit our services. We make sure the service is completed to your standards, then we send one comprehensive bill, so you only have to pay one bill.  We spend the majority of our time cleaning boats.  Boat detailing is how we started and built our business.
  • Where are you located? We are a mobile service.  We come to your home or boat and perform the services you’ve requested.
  • How far will you travel? It all depends on the day’s schedule and the services requested. Give us a call!
  • What is the best way to schedule services? If you are in a hurry, give us a call. If you have a list of questions you don’t want to forget, or it is 3AM, send us an email.
  • How do you charge for boat detailing? Boat detailing is charged by the linear foot and by style of the boat.  Click here for more information about boat detailing.
  • How do you charge for concierge services? Each individual service has a rate attached to it.  We have a $25 minimum house call.  Therefore, we will create a heavily discounted concierge package when you request multiple services.
  • How far in advance to I need to schedule services? Give us a call!  Obviously, leading up to the holiday weekends we will be very busy.  The earlier you schedule in advance, the greater the chance of booking your ideal days. Thursdays and Fridays are generally reserved for the weekly services, such as weekly washes, pre-arrival set up, and grocery/liquor delivery.
  • Do I need to do anything special for liquor delivery? To comply with Missouri liquor laws, the customer must pay for their own alcohol.  Therefore, we have established a relationship with a local supermarket who will handle your billing for alcohol.  Your information must be kept on file there, and then will be billed by the store when we pick up and deliver it to your home or boat. Upon request, we will send you the appropriate fax form.
  • Do you have a list of references?
