Doug & Kathy are a prime example of how our services have changed someone’s lake experience.  We met them at a 2007 in-water boat show.  First, we started with cleaning their boat.  Over time, we quickly added other services to their weekly schedule: yard mowing, patio cleaning, and other misc. outdoor tasks.  Our communication is minimal on a weekly basis, because we have grown to know each other and what they expect of us. They can arrive at their lake home and know things are taken care of.

We take great pride in helping customers like Doug & Kathy.  Our relationship with them and a handful of other customers, is a prime example of what we set out to be: a comprehensive, one call, one bill service.  If you would like to speak with one of our customers who we have type of relationship with, please let us know and we will put you in contact with them.

Our weekly/bi-weekly customers take priority, so if you want the convenience of always knowing your property will be ready when you arrive, please call to discuss a schedule and possible discounts. Customers who have chosen to take full advantage of our (bi)weekly service enjoy the time extra time they are able to spend using, instead of working on, their toys.

We are no longer stocking large quantities of WaterMats during 2009.  As you have seen on the water, they have sold amazingly over the past few years, but due to some changs by the manufacturer and storage limitations, we will only be placing one large order to arrive by Memorial Day weekend.  Possibly, we will place another order half way through the year if we have enough presold.

A WaterMat was spotted crossing 7 mile cove from Horny Toad to Shady Gators. The overloaded vessel, powered by two- 1MP(man power) outboards, navigated its way over to the frozen Rum Runners. Water Patrol would only make one comment: “at least they had a flotation device with them.”

Fake snakes scare the crap out of me every time I see one, but apparently not the intended targets…birds. Because the unfooled guests on this dock do not have fingers, they were unable to give the owner of this dock “the bird.” Instead they resorted to the next best thing…leaving the owner a present on his spoiled scare tactic.
CORRECTION: We were mistaken: This snake literally scared the crap out of the boat detailer(Jim)…not the bird.
